Great service from the salesperson. He had deep product knowledge and explained it very clearly to me.

Carl was very friendly, helpful and informative.

The Store Manager, Deen, was excellent. He called back almost immediately after I left a message. He arranged car parking space. He was incredibly attentive towards my Mum (she is 91) and was very careful to ensure she got the bed she needed.

Impressed by the diagnostic system which recommended what sort of mattress I should have. Store assistant Carl was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I arrived late on a sunday afternoon, just before closing time. Both members of staff were very helpful, asked me a series of questions and then suggested some options and ideas. they offered me a bottle of water too, and were quick and orderly. and they didnt mind that i delayed their closing the shop.

I liked the customer service and support in store, excellent balance between quality and price, my order arrived on time. I could also return one item without any issues.
