Was easy to get around store, found what I wanted, ordered, paid, arranged delivery, all done with politeness and friendliness, no waiting around waiting to be served either

James was very friendly, well informed, and extremely helpful.

Usman was really helpful. I had an idea of the bed I wanted and he showed me that but also others that might meet my criteria. He also introduced me to the mattress matcher and helped me get a great deal on the comfiest mattress. I usually internet shop, but would definitely recommend dreams in person.

Dan our service provide was lovely! He had great product knowledge and a warm friendly nature. I was service really quickly, I think in and out of the store within 15 minutes.

The salesman named Daniel was very nice and very knowledgeable. He didn't pressure me and allowed me the time I needed to make my choice, he was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend your company

My Wife & I were guided through the process of choice of our new mattress as we would have wanted to be. The sales person (Luca) was both friendly & knowledgeable which made both the choice of our purchases stress free and more palatable.

soon as we entered the store the only assistant came over and told us that he was dealing with a customer already but still helped us by putting us on the sleep machine and went to help the other lady, then when it had finished he let us know which ones the machine had recommended for us so we could try all of them and he went back to finish the sale for the other customer. once he had finished with the lady he helped us decide which one to buy and informed us on the maintenance and how to keep the mattress at its best. he was very helpful and the only problem was when the computer wouldn't do what he wanted. i would highly recommend dreams as well as this stores as the staff were so helpful
