As soon I did enter the store I saw a member of staff who was very welcoming and polite and helped me to choose the bed . Also when I asked the questions in terms of delivery and availability the lady checked for me and gave me all available dates for the delivery . Also offered the insurance and explained all details . I was very pleased with the service .
