The lady that dealt with me Kathryn was lovely, very knowledgeable and patient while I tried a number of beds. She explained everything and also went through the COVID hygiene.

All our concerns and questioned were dealt with impeccably and we felt we were given great advice and sufficient opportunity to try out the beds

The lady who has helped me that was very professional! She helped me to understand what is the difference between each item (among the three I was considering), but didn't push me to choose any particular ones, then she just left me to digest the information and make my own decision. But she was always there when I needed her!

We visited the Wimbledon store and were greeted with excellent service from Deen, the sales manager. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. We were able to decide on the bed we wanted and later placed an order by phone through Deen. We did this to get the bed as quickly as possible and it arrived on time and hassle free. We are very pleased with the service and products.

A new mattress isn't cheap - your shop was a joy to visit, the simulator a great idea and your assistant couldn't have been nicer.

Our staff member - Darren - was very charming, knowledgeable and informative. He quickly assessed which mattress would suit us best, offered us a test to see the right one, which we took up and was helpful and quick during the process. It was seamless from beginning to end
