Dreams - Wembley

The colleague named dipesh went above and beyond to give me the perfect service. I ended up buying a more expensive product as he explained the benefits and justified the price difference. The best thing about his approach was that he didn’t make me feel pressured in anyway he was very informative and allowed me to make my own choice over all 10/10 one of the best team members I’ve seen yet!!!

I was assisted by Alex he was very friendly and greeted me politely. He kindly asked if I wanted a bottle of water to drink. I was given four pillows at the price of 20.00 which was originally 40.00 which I purchased along with my bed and mattress. He advised me to try out the sleep match which was a comfortable experience . By doing this he was able to find the right mattress for my needs with his assistance and accurate advice. This gentleman made me laugh he had tremendous customer service and he put a smile on my face. I left the store a happy customer and will be returning🙂

Chris was very friendly and welcoming made it easier for us to find the right products for me, offered me water and explained how sleepmatch worked and honestly it was a great experience enjoyed using it. Chris also took time to explain everything in detail and he broke the ice between us by using jokes, all in all very highly satisfied with the service I was provided. Kind Regards

The customer assistance was amazing. They were able to satisfy my parents with their recommendations and knowledge. Also made my parents comfortable and were able to answer all the questions.

Our salesman was Alex Bright. We originally ONLY went to the store to buy a divan. He showed us all the divans with such enthusiasm. Then suggested a matching headboard, then suggested a Tempur mattress. He was excellent. He threw in Tempur pillows and helped with the removal price as well. I have been a senior sales manager for 30 years and wished my sales people would be of his calibre. He answered every question we asked and took us through the sales process, with ease. Very straightforward and tjis was our second bed purcahse from Dreams which is why we came back again. Last time it was straightforward too.
