I think the assistant may have been quite new to the store as he did not have as much information as the other person who was also helping, some one else stepped in at times to give further information on the bed/ mattress and he seemed to be more qualified and in general more updated with information, he always had a more friendlier attitude.

First time I went to dreams is Ruislip and Paul lied saying that the offer ended on a certain date but it was not true as in the website it gave another information and as I was going to buy many items he said he would give me free pillows but then they were in the quote with a discount (worst ever seller!). So I chose all online and then went JUST to pay at Wembley store (much better staff there!).

I haven't received 4legs which has to be attached with the bed. Very disappointed that I can't use this bed until I get those delivered. Not happy at all

We visited the Dreams branch of Wembley on the Saturday and were looked after by Alina who did a great job; she was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We returned to the shop the next day to place the order. She led us to the desk to start placing the order for us when her overzealous colleague jumped in and invited us to his desk to proceed with the transaction instead. Not sure whether that's because he didn't think she was capable or if he wanted to be in charge; either way, this was neither welcome nor respectful to Alina who had spent the time guiding us. We started with the order and were told the delivery would be free, then we were actively sold the mattress cover which was fine as we had already decided to get it but got highly encouraged to get the mattress protector which was supposedly free as well. Moving forward, the salesperson told us that delivery was only free from Monday to Friday and that the discount applying on the mattress cover was only up to a certain amount and we had to pay the difference. This is a highly misleading practice and disgusting. The person who helped us completely put us off with his comments and we will not be returning to that branch.

I was not given the right information of the deal and offers even after inquiring specifically. Upon complain, the sales staff did not accept their mistake and instead stated that it was not their responsibility to tell about offers and deals. His manager tried to cover up by saying that they are a small store and do not deal in furniture which was nowhere near the expected customer service from a bend like Dreams. I was really dissatisfied by the pathetic customer service offered to me.
