I went to the store and had a good experience in Wembley with ana but I wanted to think about it for a bit. She printed me out all the details of my prospective order with a temporary order number and in the store if I had bought then and there she could have given me two suggested delivery times for the next week. When I got home an hour later I phoned and placed my order over the phone - two things: ana had used another colour in my quote, luckily I spotted it or the wrong colour may have been delivered. Secondly, the temporary order number on my quote was not recognised by the system and the whole order had to be done again over the phone from start to finish. Finally, I paid £750 outright and have to wait 3 weeks for my order to be delivered as you clearly don’t have enough delivery drivers! As I want a Saturday (because I have to wait 3 weeks I now have to take a Saturday at an increased cost) I have been given a date two days later than dreams could have done but that is still nearly 3 weeks. That’s a long delivery time when I have paid outright.

This is my first visit to the show room and I felt the prices can still be a bit reasonable and also, the product specification is preferrable to have under each specimen else everytime we have to refer to the customer service person and request them to repeat this...

Well generally I'm very happy with purchas I've made. Just I haven't received my bed and mattress yet (that's normal - I've bought them only yesterday) so I can't answer the questions about quality and such although I do believe my I'll be pleased with my choices.

NO ONE IS PERFECT TO BE 100%. I am very pleased with the sevice and will go back to the shop if i need to purchase something. thank you.
