The sales rep were Shan and Tracy,they were very helpful and explained to us all our queries,but am Particularly not highly satisfied because there wasn't the mattress available in store what we were really interested in and they were not sure when it would be in, so we ended up having what was available on hand. Was disappointed because just because of that reason,apart from that it was dealt with to the best of their ability.

Ealing staff very helpful, store great, but mattress we wanted (Luca king) out of stock. So more a comment about stock.

we were given the wrong size of the item we bought

There were three or four school children playing in the shop and on the bed. It’s similar to the play ground. Not a good impression at all.
