The order took a long time to process due to IT issues with the assistant’s computer. It was not in his control and just unfortunate because the rest of the experience was really good. Better IT support needs to be provided to in-store staff

The sales rep were Shan and Tracy,they were very helpful and explained to us all our queries,but am Particularly not highly satisfied because there wasn't the mattress available in store what we were really interested in and they were not sure when it would be in, so we ended up having what was available on hand. Was disappointed because just because of that reason,apart from that it was dealt with to the best of their ability.
