Only one assistance on the floor, had to wait for him to focus on us as he was dealing with another customer

The order took a long time to process due to IT issues with the assistant’s computer. It was not in his control and just unfortunate because the rest of the experience was really good. Better IT support needs to be provided to in-store staff
