The person Alex was really helpful. He went overboard to understand our requirements and suggest the right product. Moreover since we had delivery time constraints, he really helped us in finding the delivery dates which were really as what he promised. I am highly satisfied with the dealing and will recommend this to others. Thanks.

This is not my 1st visit to Dreams. We came back for another visit to buy a bed for my father. The amazing help and service we got from Alex was just outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We helped us last time so I was so happy to see him again. He has superb knowledge of the products and nothing was too much trouble

They greeted me and my mother very well making us feel welcomed and offered us a drink. They took the time to talk us through our options and kept our budget in mind. They showed us other products in the store such as pillows and let us test out the beds whilst explaining bed store options. I was so impressed with their ability to provide me with options of bed bases within my budget that I bought the bed base that day and have every intention on returning to the store in the near future to purchase a headboard.

Alex, the store colleague was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as time efficient.

Dinesh,the sales assistant greetes us just as we entered the the showroom and he showed us exactly what we were looking for and offered us drink .He was very polite. We were impressed by him. And the showroom was very good and clean. The staff had their mask on . It was a good experience.
