The sales assistant was knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Despite my lack of regarding the type of bed that would best suit my needs an explanation was given re memory, spring, pocket sprung etc.

Customer service was brilliant. I could not fault anything.

The Sales Assistant Simon Stewart was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative about the item he was selling. Simon spent time explaining the difference between each mattress, so i was able to determine the best for myself. He went over and above to get me the best deal at the price I wanted. My experience with Simon was a very good one and I would definitely recommend a friend to attend and specifically speak to him.
