Dreams - Wembley

Ana, from the Wembley store, seemed to know a lot about the different products we queried about (bed frame and memory foam mattresses). She also prepared us hot drinks which was a very nice gesture.

Alina was very friendly & quick to help me get what i needed, also assisted me to my car. Very good, recommended.

I walked into the Wembley store and was greeted very well by 2 members of staff, Nevil and Ana. I was pleasantly offered a fresh cup of coffee, which was very nice as it was a very cold day. I received excellent customer information before making a very large purchase of my bedstead and mattress. Excellent customer service. Thank you

Even though it was near to closing time when we arrived the staff were helpful informative and gave me a lot of information on the variety of options available without me feeling rushed
