Hi was particularly happy with the store assistant, JACK .his knowledge was brilliant and he listened to our needs. we were about to buy a mattress with someone else but he was very helpful and got us to understand the importance of the right mattress

The advisor was extremely polite and listened to our needs. He understood and advised us well and made the whole process very easy.

Because the collegues were super friendly, helpful and kind. Their knowledge of the products were unprecedented.

Viv made me a cup of tea. Viv and jack both listened to what i wanted and need for the bed as due to my health conditions. They was very helpful and kind. They made me feel good and allowed me to try the bed out.

I was recommended Dreams by my friend and there were good choices of beds.

I was met by brilliant customer service, great knowledge and an inviting atmosphere. Browsed at the staples corner branch, but was drawn back to wembley branch. Great customer service by Jack, Ana and the black lady from Nigeria (forgot her name)
