Absolutely impressed with the service, diligence, product knowledge, patience and unconditional positive regard given by Jack and his colleague. In addition, store hours had closed and he patiently continued the service provision to me, without me feeling rushed. I ended up spending twice my budget because he was patient and allowed me time to make such an important purchase. Very impressed indeed.

We dealt with Ana at your Wembley store and were so happy with the attention and care she took in understanding my needs as a disabled person, explaining the pros and cons of the various mattresses and providing excellent product knowledge and recommendations when required. She took us right from welcoming us as we came in to the point of sale with friendliness and efficiency. As I am 90% bedbound and currently sleeping on an old mattress where the significant sagging is propped up with blankets, towels and strategically placed items of laundry. I can't wait to get a high quality bed that will let me rest comfortably again. Thank you Ana for your help making this happen!

Mr Ali greeted us as soon as we entered the store and was very helpful all the way through the placing of the order and makes a decent cup of tea too he went out of his way to get us the best deal with delivery accordingly to us too he is an asset to your company. My previous visit to the same store led to a complaint but this visit has led to being highly satisfied indeed
