Went to store you replace existing old mattress. From the moment I entered the store found the assistant extremely helpful once I explained what I was looking for. Could not have asked for better will certainly shop with Dreams again .

On entering the store I was greeted warmly and given the full attention of the assistant. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave good advice regarding my choices.

The staff was quite friendly, spent a lot of time in looking for the best possible deals. This man was so good. We’d put in for credit which was declined but he help us a great deal by spending time and find some good deals, which we could not refuse. Great sales man and very polite too, with a pleasant smile.

Tracy and Jack were very friendly and welcoming. They're always happy to help, offering drinks, giving time and space to try the mattress and pillows. They answered all our questions and helped us to find the perfect mattress.
