Tracey was very helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to answer my questions and very able to direct me to options available. It’s very hard to find a young person willing to go the extra mile during the holiday period and smile the entire time we were being served. Tracey talked through each product and even made recommendations. I didn’t think I was going place myself order on my first day browsing for beds. I was reassured and very satisfied.

The store manager really helped us out in finding the most comfortable mattress I have ever felt(the annison k). he helped us find a bed with under mattress storage in our price budget(the William) even though it wasn't inside the store. he helped us to get the best insurance plan for both parts of my bed(the 8-year plan) with all of its benefits. he was extremely kind and patient while we ( my daughter and i) tried out the beds for me and my husband.
