I purchased my bed ag wembley branch was served by Ana, very friendly polite took time out to listen to my concerns and to help me out. No pressure she gave me Information and let me decide. I was greeted with a friendly cheerful smile and greeting which I felt was genuine. We asked several questions to decide Ana answered the questions we asked, with knowledge of the products so it made it easier for us . Ana did not sound or act like a sales person reading a script or a robot. We had a great rapport and a good glow of conversation. We thanked Ana and shook her hand when leaving the store. we had a good feeling factor we had bagged a bargain, feeling a whole new experience in buying a bed with the knowledge given today thanks to Ana.

I was please with the promptness of the store attendant when I entered the store. I was also pleased with the way she explained about the different types of mattresses and which one may suit me best. Was even offered a tea or coffee something I have never experienced while shopping or looking to buy a product. Great customer service. 👍👍👍.

We received excellent customer service from Tracy at the Wembley Dreams Store. She was very efficient and knowledgable about the products. We were able to discuss the sleepmatch and she gave great advice about pillows, particuarly as I suffer with neck and backpain. Overall it was a very positive experience and we would definately recommend to friends and family.

I was in a rush on the day I went into the store. Was dealt with efficiently even though I could tell the assistant was new to the role. I enjoyed my experience and would go back should I need further bedding items.

Staff member was great help & friendly so we didnt feel like idiots asking to roll on the beds :)
