We walked into your wembley branch, we were greeted by your colleague Tracy, she was very lovely asked what we were looking for understood and was able to help us straight away we used the sleep match to find the best mattress for us. She offered us a coffee, and when we sat down to discuss details she explained everything very well any questions we had were answered in a great manner. Delivery of our mattress is coming 4 days after our order which is amazing. All in all my first experience with Dreams has been amazing and will definitely come back! She was also amazing at recommending an pillow for me as I suffer from pains allot and we agreed to go with the tempur

VERY STRAIGHT TO THE POINT AND SPOKE CLEAR LANGUAGE TO ME (ANA- WEMBLEY STORE). I THINK THE PRODUCT IS TAILORED TO ME AND EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATION. WHATEVER THE SALESLADY (ANA) SAID OR PROPOSED TO ME MADE SENSE, SO I HAD TO BUY ANYTHING SHE GAVE ME LOL. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Tracy(the dreams worker) that assisted me was extremely helpful, giving us the range of options available and used the sleep match to show me what would be best for our needs. Not only that, she made us feel very welcome as soon as we entered the store.
