The assistant (Ana) was very helpful. I had booked an appointment and she too time in remembering my name. Asked what i was looking for. She explained all the different types of mattresses to me and really helped to make sure i found something i was happy with. She didnt harass me into purchasing a mattress that may not have been suitable for me. Really appreciated the service i received from Ana at the Wembley branch.

Jack at Dreams was really helpfull....patient...as we had our toddler running around all the time...explained everything we wanted to know...and decide on which bed we needed...we did not went there to get the bed...but with him there we got to a point that we were ready for it... The way he explains stuff...he has very good customer service skills...happy with our purchase

Although I came to the store to personally try out the mattress that I saw online, but it was unavailable, the customer assistant was able to advise me of similar mattresses to try for a similar feel. On the plus side the store was empty.
