I made the appointment for a visit to the store on line. When I arrived they were ready waiting for me. Ana at the Wembley branch made me feel important as a customer which made me feel I could actually tell her what I was looking for. She listened and then explained how she would take me around the store to see the matteress. I was really impressed with the details she was giving me about all the mattresses. She was honest about the products saying just because a mattress is expensive it may not be suitable for me. After testing the expensive one, I really didn't find it comfortable and I didn't feel bad about telling her as I felt she was listening to my needs. I felt she was really trying to understand my needs.
