From the first moment I walked into dreams store i was greeted with a welcoming smile and a friendly face, the assistant that dealt with me was Tracy she attended to my every need explaining everything step by step.

The customer service was excellent, even though I have dreams store near me it was tracey/stacey ( I wrote her name on the paper, first time come to the store but I dont have the paper now) she was very friendly and gave lots of options, offer us water, test which bed was the best for us. When come to the mattress show us all the mattress was identified on the test and prices. Overall I was very happy and today I more happy as great two young guys delivery my bed and went out of the way and helped us until was very happy than they left. I would recommend all of them to my friends and my family.
