Me and my partner came in to order a mattress, bed and duvet/pillows. We were unsure of what mattress would be suitable for us but Jack showed us the sleep match System where he matched us to the right product. He was very helpful and easy to talk to and offered us water and followed social distancing and safety procedures. He even helped us with which pillows and duvets to purchase and made up for the long wait for next available delivery slot by offering us a free inflatable mattress to use until it arrived. His colleague Alex then helped to process the payment and made it really simple, he was also very friendly and welcoming.

The shop was really clean and they had a lot of hygienic stuff. Excellent! And the hospitality was excellent too! The person there (maybe Jack?!) Was really nice, calm and ready for every questions! We got the perfect first impression and the perfect first experience with this company! Thank you!
