Very satisfied with the overall experience and was grateful to Jack who took great care of us!

Jack was immediately attentive and welcomed both myself and daughter into the shop, with the offer of water also. This was very much appreciated as it was a hot day. Jack was able to meet all of our service needs and he was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our customer experience was as excellent as possible. Jack is a real credit to the Dreams company.

Social distancing was kept, the knowledge and advice of the staff. Staff were friendly and aproachable. Me and my wife were also offered coffee, tea or water.

Ayesha and Alex were very professional and helpful. They made my experience very streamlined and made me feel like a VIP. They used their knowledge and listened to my needs to show me the best product for my individual needs. 10/10

The service was really good. I received an exceptional help, suggestion and guidance from the assistant which I really appreciated.

Alex has been a really helpful person, he even directed me on parking as someone was blocking me so I couldn’t move around. Overall, he’s been great and he helped me choose the best bed, accommodating my needs.
