Dreams - Wembley

The staff members Chris and Alex from the Wembley store were so lovely and funny and very helpful they took me to the dream match tester bed I had told them I suffer with back pain and they showed me a great selection of mattress I was super impressed and happy with definitely would go again if I have any issues

Jack assisted me with choosing the right mattress. He was very knowledgeable and made the purchase smooth & easy. He was also very informative.

Ever since I entered that store I felt something different from the others. It was nice and we were offered some options by the store manager. He asked us if we were looking for something more special. He presented us with very nice products. support I am very glad I visited that store and I will do it as soon as possible I decided to buy a bed with TV and home cinema for the support given grade ten

The guy on the phone was brilliant patient extremely helpful and funny! if it wasn’t for his help on the phone call getting our order complete I probably wouldn’t have bothered doing this survey but I just thought you should know how good he really was. Both Jack and Sham were brilliant and had excellent customer service. Jack took our final order and gave us an incredibly competitive price for our bed and we would happily return to see them for our next bed!

I visited Dreams Wembley on 4th May 2021, I was the first customer at 10am as the doors opened. I was welcomed by a well spoken and polite customer service man called SHAAN. He explained safety distance and I was also offered a drink. We had a chat then I was shown to the special bed which I laid on for 3 minutes as it worked out which mattresses would suit me. After the assessment I tried the recommended beds plus another 2. I spent around 1hour 30 minutes in store and finally treated myself to the most expensive mattress which I had tried as I suffer with eczema and it was extremely important to me to buy a bed that I would not over heat in. I ended up purchasing The Rejunevate mattress.

The customer service was excellent. Alex guided us throughput the time we were in the store. We were able to find the right bed and cot for us. He also explained in detail about the services associated with it

Was well received the gentleman was very polite and l knowledgeable.
