We were very impressed with the sales advisor,she was extremely pleasant,helpful and informative.You could tell she has vast knowledge of your products.She did not put us under any pressure to buy at all extremely patient.her name was Ellie. We were also impressed with the store and the three minute assessment machine,it makes it so much easier when choosing a mattress. Will recommend others to pay you a visit.

During my two visits to the store in Wednesbury I was attended to by several colleagues the salesman were helpful and informative without being pushy and upon my second visit as neither of the previous colleagues were there I spoke to another gentleman who was extremely helpful and assisted me with my queries and placed my order quickly and efficiently which is exactly what I wanted at the time.

We were straight away give hot drink on arrival which was very welcoming. We we approached after a short while so we had been able to have a look around and then the manager came over and he took me to a mattress he thought I would like, which was exactly what I was looking for. He did take us over to the bed experience where Ellie got myself and partner to lay down to it could calculate what support we needed. Ellie showed us some mattresses which were out of my price range but as soon as it was mentioned she took and showed us some mattresses that were within budget. We was very friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable. I ended up picking the mattress the manager initially showed me, but loved being able to try all different firmness so I was able to make the right decision for my mattress! The process of the order and payment was quick and simple, no hidden charges and as I am not sure when I will need the bed delivered they were very accommodating and flexible when it comes to delivery times. I have already told my parents they should pay a visit and get themselves a new bed!
