Heather was quite outstanding. She made us feel valued and could not have given us more attention. Having used the screen with me lying on the bed and answering her questions, she showed me two perfect mattresses. The system is outstanding.

The help was swift and very friendly. Was in and out of the store quite quickly with my purchase.

I was able to find the best mattress for both my wife and I. The softeare used gave us assurrance that we have selected the correct one.

A staff attended to me immediately and as I knew what I was purchasing following a visit earlier in the week, she sat me down to process the order. Offered me a drink (the machine latte was not very nice) and was friendly enough during the entire experience

Found an item I needed very quickly with the assistance of Darren. Very polite, professional and friendly.

Your store colleague Heather was really helpful, she asked what I was looking for and helped me with options, she gave me advice on what colours were available in each bed. When looking for a mattress, she put me on the bed that checks what mattress suits me best and supported me with picking out the right one for me. She was very friendly and I was even offered a drink, in the previous stores I had visited nobody offered us drinks.
