The man at the store made us very welcome and offered us coffee and tea and was very pleasant and didn't pressure us at all and was very good at is gob will definitely be going back in future 10 out of 10 service

The salesman was Excellent. He greeted us when we arrived then left us alone to look around which is what I much prefer as I loathe pushy salesmen. Then when we needed to ask questions he was at hand to help. So the sale was deserved.

Gary, the gentleman who looked after us was very helpful and explained how the different mattresses functioned, the difference between them and put us on the bed machine/ diagnostic thing which suggested which mattress would most suitable, he showed us various beds that were tried, and we made our choice, he gave us a coffee and explained the benefits of the different pillows, all of which was very informative, we arranged a delivery date, paid for our purchase and left happy customers.

Because the way the store assistant help me and how comfortable it was to talk to him and the way how he understood what I want his attitude was very good he let me not that once I get this bed I will never by another be apart from this type be it like the 9ne that he himself have at his how and how comfortable it was and it still feels as if he had just bought, but overall he was very friendly he over me a hot drink and even allowed me to us there staff toilet which i consider to be a good thing . Very good store assistant try not to lose him

Hardeep was great. He answered all my questions, advised me on the different kinds of mattresses and pillows and allowed me time to make a decision. Highly recommended
