Dreams - Waterlooville

I'd looked online before visit, everything was really good, my only negative is the storeman didn't recognise the tempur free pillows with my mattress, I had to ask for them, I also didn't get a free mattress cover as the mattress I bought didn't need extra insurance, where as I thought he would of done that as a good gesture after not mentioning pillows.

The service I received by Colin at the Waterlooville branch was so good that I fully trusted his advice and made a purchase. The product was amazing. I really enjoyed the process of getting the right mattress. I would go again and I have already recommended it to my followers on Instagram.

We very much enjoyed our experience at your dreams store in waterlooville Hampshire. Sales assistance Colin was very approachable and highly knowledgeable about the products we were looking to purchase. We were offered hot drinks, we also used the beds to measure our weight and sleeping pattern to determine what mattress would be better for us. There was a good selection of mattresses to choose from and Colin explained in detail about the ones we chose. I would definitely recommend dreams to friends and family as we were recommend by our niece to shop in dreams .

Excellent customer service and knowledge. Was advised the best mattress in our price range even after completing the bed survey. We could have had our order as early as next week but we couldn’t do the day suggested and the next availability was as we wanted. We also a bought a pillow !

The attendant was very helpful and was happy to discuss our requirements and make suggestions along the way.
