Dreams - Waterlooville

From the moment we stepped into the store we felt that we were helped every step of the way. We tried having on a go on the bed that assessed the type of mattress we needed, very interesting and quite a help with helping us to choose the mattress. The Dreams Colleague was so very helpful without being pushy or in your face, he stepped back and gave us plenty of time to make what we feel is an important decision although the benefit of his knowledge was of great importance. Shaun was extremely professional and even makes a pretty good cup of tea. We went away and a good talk about what we'd seen and then decided to go back and place our order which will be delivered very soon. Many thanks go to Shaun and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dreams to our family and friends for their bed and mattress needs.

The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There was a wide range of beds to try and the computerised setup for assessing your ideal mattress seemed to work well.

Good selection to choose from The sales assistant was easy to talk to answer out questions Was able to direct us in the right direction to the mattress we where looking for This is not our first purchase of a mattress and won’t be the last I am sure

Dreams specialist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful

Sales man Derek (Dell) was very patient with us to make 2 visits to the shop and knew the products he was selling. Our bed is not a normal size and Derek made several calls over a day to find the product we wanted in the right size and still allowed us the discount. Great service

Fast efficient found what we needed straight away

We were approached by one of the team in the waterlooville store called Jaz. We were instantly made to feel like our requirements were the most important thing rather than just a sale. She was very very knowledgable and let us browse and test at our own leisure.

i found the whole experience relaxing. The assistant was friendly and welcoming and answered clearly any queries I had.
