I phoned the store first to check you had the bed in store to look at and when visiting the store was taken straight to that item.

We received a good level of assistance from both the assistants and did what they could to improve the cost

Shaun dealt with us promptly and was very knowledgeable about the range of products that were suitable for our requirements. The store was of a high standard of cleanliness and the measures in place to make sure that the customer was safe were of a good standard.

We wanted a bed since before lockdown, a hard sale wasn’t needed and he didn’t force anything. Also the social distancing measures. It’s difficult in a bed shop but dreams have managed it fairly well. Maybe swap the paper towels for some tho g a bit more robust though?
