The staff were very friendly and helped us straight away. We liked the mattress tester and the way the products it suggested were explained to us. We also liked being left alone to try different mattresses without being followed and put under pressure

I had tried five other stores including Dreams at Burfields Road and was very disappointed in all the so called customer advisors attitudes that day. I had just about given up and tried one last time in Dreams Waterlooville and have to say Shaun was excellent, his product knowledge, demonstration and politeness got you the sale 10/10

The person who saw us when we entered the shop removed her mask and replaced it with a face shield when I told her I was deaf. She was very attentive and showed us a variety of items to suit our budget.

Good automatic ‘bed preference’ test, well explained by staff member; then guided through potentially appropriate beds, different aspects/types well explained. Nice balance of guidance with not feeling rushed. After agreeing to buy bed, was told about forthcoming deal and staff ensured we got the deal even though buying in advance. Given coffee!

Both Kat and Josh were extremely helpful, knowledgable and polite. Both are a credit to your company

On entering the store we were greeted by a friendly smile, her name was Jaz. She listened to our needs and the reason that we had made the visit. I had gone in with one idea and as she had listened she made a recommendation to try the mattress first and then based on the result then go onto purchase the bed frame if needed. Our needs were not available as standard and she made various enquiries to assist with our purchase. Or she reached out to the development guy to understand of the super king size separate adjustable bed frames would be available. We left the store with no purchase and she followed up on the Tuesday with her findings and then again on the Thursday. We then went back in on the sunday to place the order. Outstanding service, very impressed.

We had been else where to buy a mattress but was not happy with the customer service and feel of the place but in your store was completly different the chap Sean was really nice not pushy at all but explained everything we should know really nice and we have bought at dreams before
