The sleep match enabled us to identify the most suitable mattress and short list a selection for us to try. the sales assistants were very informative, helpful and explained the Covid precautions in place. Masks and hand sanitisers were provided as were protective covers for the pillows. The staff provided bottled water while we were deciding which product to buy. We were given ample time to peruse the products and all our questions were answered fully and promptly. The options on the delivery enabled us to select a date suitable for us would we buy from Dreams again? Most definitely yes. There are many other shops who would benefit from implementing the level of customer care and courtesy we reccieved from the staff at dreams.
