Great customer service, honest advise and options given to meet needs to my mother. Jazz was great and professional. She offered us some water and allowed my daughter to use staff toilet. The whole experience as positive and best of all my mum loves her mattress and is sleeping comfortably.

Having just visited a nearby store with a far from positive experience we were delighted to have a professional, knowledgeable non "pushy" approach to our enquiry.

Shop was beautifully laid out and it was easy to try out all the beds particularly when you were given a pillow to use. I was very happy with the gentleman that served me who was very helpful.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about all of the products that we needed, he was very patient with us and aloud us to be as long as we needed. We were very impressed with the mattress fitting machine. All in all we were very happy.

Shaun was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and always available when we asked him questions. He offered us Tea (which we kindly declined) and made us feel at home. Well done Dreams.

The moment from we got in the store to the moment we left Dreams team has made us feel welcome throughout. We ended up getting the product we went for and not only that we returned within a week to spend another couple of thousand pounds. The cleanliness and the top quality services were outstanding. All the staff were welcoming and very knowledgeable about our needs and helped find the best bed for our needs. They shown the bed on the interactive screen and help guide us towards the specifications that were suited to us and provide a quote with all the information using the leaflets.

We have tried a few places before going to Dreams (just because they were nearer), but Dreams outdid the customer service completely. Some shops we were followed around because they wanted to sell us something and the other just ignored us. I like to specifically recognise Jaz who helped us the whole way through (despite our indecisiveness). She had a wealth of knowledge and really supported us in picking the right bed for our needs. The collaboration sleep machine was excellent too, as it solidified our needs in a statistical way.
