We had a very specific reason for needing this bed within a short space of time. The assistant listened to all the details of this regarding who the bed was for, his needs and the use it would have and gave us understanding and good advice on the mattress most suited to his needs and the options. At a very distressing time in our lives she treated us with kindness and respect whilst ensuring we had what was needed.

The assistant kat was very friendly knowledgeable found me my perfect mattress and headboard and base extremy happy with service and price loved the bed that measured me deff reccomend

The adviser made it easy for us to make a choice and provided us with all the information we needed to make this decision. They were helpful, attentive and dealt with us very professionally

At 84 help was the thing I was looking for. Parking was easy as car parking is right outside the shop in Havant Hampshire.

When we asked questions nothing was missed. He answered all our questions with honest replies and both of us felt very comfortable with the answer and items we ordered.

Gareth, my sales advisor was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional throughout the whole visit. I arrived feeling rather warm as the weather had taken a turn for the better and I was over-dressed for it - and Gareth sat me down with a nice bottle of iced water. A very good start! I was also very pleased to find that the mattresses I wanted (two singles) were available and with a delivery date to suit me, and, the icing on the cake, were in the sale at a greatly reduced price. I would thoroughly recommend the Havant store.
