Made two calls to local waterlooville store one enquiring the type of mattress i would need to purchase for a child ,1st call the man was very imformative on my needs & what mattress would suit my needs ! 2nd call to store i had looked on the website was asking further advice which the man gave me again and advice me to bring my child in to waterlooville store as he had the specific mattress so we could try it to be certain but i explained i didnt have time which again was very helpful & asked him about it which he gave me all information i needed and i asked him to purchase over phone & he was very good even excellent a pleasure to deal with & again been imformed by email in good time by purchase was ready & phone on the morning polite & courteous werethe delivery men & brought to the door & again given information on how to use it , all staff were 10 of out 10 if not better ! Well done Dreams good all round courteous service from start to finish ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service by knowledgeable staff

Del and his colleague gave us time to try the various mattresses, having put us on the machine to help us decide which mattress was appreciated. They even made us a hot drink when our one year old granddaughter fell asleep on the bed . So helpful, and very friendly, would highly recommend

Joshua at the Waterlooville store was brilliant, he explained every thing thing to us we made our purchase and were very happy with the the whole experience.

The customer service I received was impeccable I can’t remember the last time I had customer service which was to such a high standard from the moment I walked through the door to the time that I left. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked through the door and asked if I needed any assistance they showed me all the product lines that were available that I was interested in. They were able to answer any questions that I had and were very knowledgeable about their products. Once I found the bed that I wanted they asked me if I needed a mattress which I did and then proceeded to do the mattress test for me which I thought was great showed me all the mattresses which were compatible to me and gave me the option to purchase any upsell items which I may have needed for the bed and mattress that I purchased that day with them. They made the whole process really easy they were upbeat and enthusiastic the whole time and nothing was too much trouble

Everything was very professionally handled.

We were given time to consider what we required and were informed throughout of each bed. We were shown comparable beds that were “firm” in order to get a full picture of types of beds available. The salesman was helpful and informative. Very happy. Can’t wait to get our new bed!!

The assistant Joshu was a really nice guy & really looked after us supplying us with bottles of cold water on a very hot day. The only thing that he did not do was fan us in the heat which is something that he may consider doing to improve his already excellent service.

Friendly staff and listened to what we wanted

The staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful with finding the correct bed and mattress for our needs. We felt completely safe during our visit and all COVID-19 measures were adhered to.
