Dreams - Waterlooville

I only popped in the store to browse, I was approached but i wasn’t pounced on. I told him I was only looking , but he still took a lot of time explaining all the differences in the products. I left the store not purchasing anything , but I was given a print out of the bed and mattress that I had shown interest in plus all the other services that you offer and insurance details . I was unable to return to the store to buy the product as I had an operation on my foot unexpectedly, so I rang the store and bought it over the phone. I don’t usually make a decision so quickly, but I was very satisfied with the service and the products . I was served by Shaun Waterlooville Portsmouth .

greeted upon arriving at the store by a very friendly older gentleman colin who made us feel very comfortable with his knowledge on beds and pillows etc..the store was well laid out with a good range of beds for us to test...the prices seemed to be very competative with other shops having never purchased a matress before..colin helped us decide what to go for and left us alone to talk it over also offering tea and coffee and use of toilet facilities for my wife who is not well...

The store team were all helpful, the manager was super helpful We would not shop anywhere else Thanks you

The attention I received from Shaun was first rate. No pressure and his work ethic was so freshing. The atmosphere in the store was friendly and relaxing which is so lacking these days. Will definitely be recommending 'Dreams' to my friends and relatives.

In store sales rep Colin was exceptionally helpful and patient, he made us a coffee, provided pillows for us to try out several beds/mattresses, and was very knowledgeable regarding all products sold. He gave time/breathing space for my wife and I to discuss and make our decision without us feeling pressured. Excellent service !!

Found the bed we wanted very quickly, placed order. Job done. Only downside, have to wait nearly four weeks for delivery.
