Colin greeted us on arrival, made sure he knew what we were looking for (we were able to tell him fairly accurately what we wanted but not which product(s) could meet that requirement), and offered us a recommended product and an alternative. Colin appeared well informed on the beds in question and was able to answer all our questions. Throughout, we felt as if our needs were uppermost and we were able to place an order with confidence.

I know it's reasonably easy choosing a bed etc, but it's a lot better when being assisted by a professional who can advise on a lot of things that would otherwise be neglected.

The salesman Colin was very helpful and took time to understand our needs and direct us to the right bed for our needs. He was very friendly and made us feel very welcome in the store. We did not feel pressured.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were allowed as much time as we needed to test comfort of mattresses. We were even offered a cup of tea. The sort of service we received is becoming rare these days so we were very pleased.

We have mobility problems, booked an appointment with Colin. We arrived by taxi & Colin met us at the door. We were offered seats & coffee and he was very attentive to our requirements and fully explained everything. We therefore placed our order.

Good service in store and my mattress was delivered within 3 days. Good quality at a good price.
