We walked into the store and left alone for a short time before being approached by Colin, he asked us of our requirements and when given information showed us several mattress for us to try. He then gave us some room to have a look for a second time but not before offering a cup of tea. when we made our decision we approached Colin again who could not have been more helpful. We placed our order feeling satisfied we had received a very good service

The onsite customer service was eco do to non and was of an excellent standard. Everything was explained in detail which made our purchase all more easier to place.

The Dreams salesman was very helpful indeed. He offered tea and coffee to drink. He gave us full details of the type of bed and mattress we required and gave us time to consider the options.

Colin was very patient understanding and offered sound advice

I told Shaun my budget for a new mattress and he showed me a range of mattresses within that price range. He explained the differences between them and encouraged me to try them. He gave me time and space to make my choice and at no point did l feel pressured.

I would like to thank your company personnel at the customer services division for their excellent support. Your customer care executive, Colin took care of all my queries in a jiffy. he also provided timely and helpful advice regarding the brands of beds I was purchasing. He let me know all the important information regarding the beds. Colin was extremely attentive and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. He also ensured that I received all the information regarding the mode of payment to the company and the time by which I would expect the bed., I was very thankful that Colin explained which bed will suit my needs best. he has a caring approach and he is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards him and your customer care staff for their speedy and efficient services. I was able to complete the transaction within seconds thanks to their attentive and alert presence.

We shopped at the Waterlooville store and the staff were very friendly and offered us a tea or coffee whilst we browsed and did not crowd us every where we went in the shop. The main staff member [Shaun] who dealt with up was very knowledgeable and friendly who helped exactly with what we were looking for. Very good experience and will shop in that store again.
