I was able to browse all beds without interruption. Was the approached by Debbie in Warrington store who was friendly without being over the top, she introduced herself, not only to myself n my husband but also to my child who we were buying the bed for. When we had decided she sat us down, offered us a drink, also made us aware of deals on pillows. Ordering was speedy and efficient
