Chris was very knowledgeable about the products! We were measured on the bed that gathers information about weight and sleep positions! Chris then offered us a good choice of various firm mattresses! There was no rush and we didn't feel obligated to buy! A good all round experience! Social distancing taken into consideration!

We were assisted by the store manager John in Warrington who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. My partner and I hate pushy salesmen and John was the opposite of that. He answered all our queries but was polite enough to give us thinking time alone before we made a decision. He was knowledgeable about the products and genuinely seemed to want the best mattress for us rather than pushing us to get the most expensive. I’d recommend visiting John’s store in a heartbeat to anyone that was looking for a mattress.
