Toni was great! Very friendly and helpful. She also didn't smother us and gave us time to look at the beds and discuss. Excellent knowledge and very easy to talk to.

The overall service in these current times was amazing. I was very nervous but the sales assitance explained all the new protocols for keeping the customers safe as well as the employees. These protocols were followed by all members of staff, from offering hand santiser to me, to laying down a new sheet on the matress tester. To watching a member of staf actualy cleaning the beds in the store
