Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patience staff. From the moment we walked in we were greeted in a friendly manor with offer of the sanitised protected pillows. We talked briefly about what we were after and was shown a few products to try. We were then given space to discussed between ourselves and try the products. Throughout staff were on hand to answer any questions we raised and either had the answers to hand, or found them out immediately. Once we had chosen the product we want to purchase, it felt like Cheryl was getting us a good deal. This goes along way and I would recommend coming back to others. Throughout the purchase Cheryl didn't feel pushy with a sale and felt more concerned about getting the correct product for us.
