This was the second time I had visited the Dreams store to buy a bed. The staff are really friendly and are happy to assist with any questions. The staff are also patient and do not try to force anyone to buy products, which is nice to see.

Really prompt and helpful. Toni was really approachable and knew the products really well. Spent enough time with us to make sure that we knew which products were best for my back but then also left us alone enough to have a think about which matress and headboard we would like to choose. She even got an image on the website to show us the headboard in a lighter colour.
