Went looking and spoke with Toni who was great but we didn’t have time to order and just wanted to measure to make 100%.... returned the day after and Katy processed our order... all the staff made us feel Welcome And safe and we never felt under pressure In any way

This was the second time I had visited the Dreams store to buy a bed. The staff are really friendly and are happy to assist with any questions. The staff are also patient and do not try to force anyone to buy products, which is nice to see.
