All staff we saw were friendly and knowledgeable. John was particularly helpful throughout the whole process. I’ve not been in the store before but was extremely pleased with the safety measures that were in place.

Explained everything. I used the bed that calculated the best mattress for me. Chris explained everything clearly ensured i had a pillow with a clean cover and i felt safe as well

We were able to walk around and view without being pounced on. The assistant asked if we needed any help. Although we had only gone in to view what was available he was so helpful that we decided to buy as he helped us so much to choose a bed and mattress. Would definitely recommend Dreams and wound shop there again
