I originally placed my order on the internet but, after 4 days and no movement (even though I had a Hermes tracking number) and emails bouncing back from the website email address I went into the Warrington store. They helped me contact customer services but also located the item in a store in Manchester. (The Manchester manager was in the Warrington store and arranged for it to be brought to Warrington). The staff were extremely helpful and I could not complain at all. I then went home and cancelled my internet order - I am presently still waiting for my refund to appear but there is 3 days left. A huge thank you to the manager of Manchester store and the manager of Warrington and his staff - I won't be ordering on line in future I will go directly to the store. Face to face far better and a better service overall. Thanks is certainly not enough.
