From the moment we walked through the door we was greeted but not pestered by staff.. When asking for help the staff was on hand straight away and very informative..we was invited to us the sleep machine which helped in out choosing of a mattress. After deviding to leave and discuss over lunch we went back and the staff allowed us the time again to try the beds on the short list...remembering the pillows we had been using..covid care was in place at all times and at no point did we feel uncomfortable... I am going to name LEE RYAN as its he who talked us through each mattress and was there when we returned...we made our choice and at no point was we pressured into purchasing our choice...but prchase we did...we are now looking forward to the day our new mattress arrives..
