John was helpful and very friendly. He asked us to try the sleepmatch machine and then took the time to show us several mattresses and explained the benefits of each one. We are very happy with the mattress we have chosen with his help.

The sales assistant lee, was acceptionally Helpful, I have severe chronic pain and registered with a disability, he was very understanding, showed empathy, very polite, knew his stuff, he made the purchase simple and easy to understand, he interacted well with my 9 year old daughter, this gent is an absolute credit to your Warrington store, due to this I would highly recommend dreams to family and friends, as it is not often someone goes out of their way to make a customer feel at such ease during a purchase, thank you
