Cheryl was very friendly and helpful. Knew a lot about all the different mattress products and made the whole shopping trip quick and easy. Much better than shopping on line or wandering round by ourselves. I personally dislike people who look in the shop first to choose something but then go online to buy it cheaper. Being able to try the product before buying is essential for a mattress and I hope you do not undercut the showroom price on the Internet. This is unfair and the showroom service will be lost if they don't sell anything. It is the prefect way to buy a new mattress.

We visited the warrington store as first time buyers and clueless ones at that. Choosing a frame was easy from the wide range available on the shop floor but choosing a mattress was a little more difficult. Chris immediately picked up on our dilemma and offered assistance. He popped us on the sleepmatch machine and then proceeded to take us round to show and thoroughly explain each mattress we had been recommended. We quickly had a "when you know, you know" moment upon trying a certain therapur mattress and that was the one for us. All in all, the Warrington store was brilliant. It is friendly, well presented and clean which is extra important at the moment. I would definitely recommend the store to anyone and especially to first time buyers. Finally, a big thankyou to Chris and co at the store for all the help they gave us and for turning what could have literally been a nightmare into a dream!

I have shopped at Dreams in the past. The lady I dealt with was great. I had spoken to her on the phone so she already had an idea of what I wanted and I was happy with her suggestion. I took note that the store was clean and that staff were using hand sanitizer. They also sanitised the credit card machine before I used it. I felt extremely comfortable and safe in store.
